PriVM values your privacy. We do not collect or store personal data beyond what is necessary to operate our services. Any information related to billing, such as payment details, is handled and stored securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not have access to your full payment details at any time.
We may store:
- Email addresses (if provided)
- Service metadata (e.g., usage logs for abuse prevention)
This data is kept minimal and only as long as needed to operate securely and legally.
2. Service Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or services at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Abuse of resources or illegal activity
- Payment disputes or chargebacks
- Security or operational concerns
We aim to be fair, but we also protect our platform and users. If you're unsure whether something is allowed, feel free to ask.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways such as Stripe. By using PriVM, you agree to their terms as well.
We do not offer refunds once services are provisioned, unless required by law or otherwise stated in a specific service agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
PriVM is not liable for any loss of data, downtime, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Use our services at your own risk.
5. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of PriVM after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
